      Instantly Load SMS Credits

      This article is for you if you are on debit order with us.

      There are two methods to add new SMS Credits to your Dineplan account.

      2. From Dineplan Account (INSTANT) - See below

      ADD FROM DINEPLAN ACCOUNT

      Log into your Dineplan Account and follow the 3 simply steps below:

      1. Click on the SMS Balance on the top right hand side of your account.

      2. Enter the number of SMS credits. Minimum 500 and Maximum 5000 can be ordered through your Account.

      3. Select the check box to agree to add the purchase to your next debit order and click "Top-up SMS Credits"

      Your invoice will be added to your next billing period. Please note that you require special permission to add SMS credits in this way. If you are not able to do this, please speak with the admin user on your account.

      Please contact support for assistance if this feature is deactivated on your account.
