Message Credits

Dineplan sends WhatsApp booking confirmations and reminders to your guests if you have credits loaded. Credits are can also be used for SMS campaigns to your database.

Who can use it

Buying more credits requires the SMS Top Up account permission — ask an account Admin if you don't have access. 

Key concepts

  • Credits cover both guest notifications (WhatsApp, with SMS as an automatic fallback) and SMS marketing campaigns — all from one shared balance.
  • Your current balance is shown in the top right of your Dineplan account, and updates in real time.
  • Credits roll over from month to month — they don't expire.
  • Set up a recurring bundle on debit order so credits load automatically on the 1st of each month. Email support@dineplan.com to set this up.
  • Nominated email addresses will get a reminder email automatically once your balance drops to 200 credits or fewer.
  • Top up credits as and when you need them. See Buy Message Credits.

 

Message Credit Pricing

The more credits you buy at once, the lower the price per credit. You can buy up to 5000 credits within your dashboard. For larger bundles, please contact support@dineplan.com.
