There are two methods to add new SMS Credits to your Dineplan account.
- Email Dineplan Support (wait for response)
- From Dineplan Account (instant)
See below steps on how to purchase SMS credits via Dineplan Support:
- To request SMS Credits, simply send an email to support@dineplan.com requesting the SMS bundle that you would like to load. If your account is on Debit Order with us, you can request in the email to add the invoice to your next debit order, however please follow the link above to avoid the wait.
- Our Support Team will respond shortly with the Invoice for the SMS Credits.
- Send the proof of payment for the Invoice to support@dineplan.com.
Please note SMS Credits will only be loaded to your account once we receive the proof of payment.
