Closing Online Bookings for Specific Times
Time exceptions allow you to close off certain time slots on any particular day for online bookings
To quickly close off a time(s) for online bookings, log into your Dineplan account and follow the below easy steps:

Select the Exceptions tab from the black vertical option bar on the left.

Click on Time Exceptions from the right hand sub menu or follow this link: Time Exceptions.

Click Add time exception at the top right.

Give the Exception a Name (for internal usage) and an Online Name (what the guests see on the widget).

You're able to select a Single Date or Date Range from the dropdown.

Select the times that you want to close.

Click Add Time Exception at the bottom.
Exceptions are used to close a date or time that you are usually open. If you want to open up your restaurant for different trading hours on a particular day for an event or special occasion, you will use a Custom Date
