Email notifications for booking confirmation, cancellations and reviews are no longer coming through.
We are able to identify if your mail server is blocking Dineplan notifications from coming through, however please check the following first:

Check your spam folder to see if Dineplan notifications are going there and mark them as not spam.

Check if you are listed to receive notifications by going to "Notification Settings" under the 'Settings' tab or by following this link.
If your email is not listed under the notification settings, then simply add a semi-colon after the last email followed by your email address.
If you are listed then you will need to email support@dineplan.com to check if your email is being suppressed and we can unsuppress it for you.
