Dineplan has introduced a new voucher which can be used at any of the participating Dineplan restaurants across the country
What are Dineplan Universal Vouchers?
After providing a successful voucher platform for restaurants since 2020, Dineplan has now launched the first universal restaurant voucher.
Diners can buy a voucher that can then be redeemed at any opted-in Dineplan restaurant across the country. This is an exciting product which has received high demand, especially for purchases as gifts, including a big demand from businesses to purchase for their suppliers, customers and staff.
How do the Universal Vouchers work?
Diners can go to the Dineplan website (www.dineplan.com) or app to view the list of participating restaurants that are available to redeem the voucher at. Vouchers can then be purchased from the website or app to the monetary value of your choosing, between R50 and R5000. The voucher will be sent via email to the purchaser/recipient and will show digitally within the purchaser's Dineplan app user account.*
The recipient will take the voucher with them, either digitally or in a printed-out PDF version, allowing the restaurant to scan the QR code on the voucher or enter the voucher reference number and secret code displayed on the voucher in order to redeem the voucher.
You can purchase a voucher for someone else as a gift and have the voucher sent to them directly on a specified date.
*Vouchers purchased will only show in your Dineplan app user profile if you have used the same contact details as your user profile.
