This guide will show you how to link Dineplan as a source of reviews to your Buzztrack account.
Before you begin, you'll need your Dineplan API Key and Restaurant ID. If you don't have them, just send an email to support@dineplan.com and they'll get you set up.
Note: Before you link any sources, make sure you've created at least one location in Buzztrack. Each location represents a physical branch or store of your business.
- Log in to Buzztrack
- Go to account.buzztrack.co and sign in to your Buzztrack account.
- Add Dineplan as a source
- In your Buzztrack dashboard, navigate to the “Sources” tab located on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Click on the map pin icon next to the Dineplan source.
- Enter your Dineplan information:
- API Key: Paste your Dineplan API key into the designated field.
- Restaurant ID: Enter your unique Dineplan Restaurant ID.
- Account Name: Make sure this name exactly matches the name you see at the top of your Dineplan account when you're logged in.
- Save and refresh
- After you have mapped all the locations, click “Save”.
- Go back to the “Sources” page.
- Click the "Refresh Reviews" button next to the Dineplan section.
