      How to link Facebook

      This guide will show you how to add Facebook pages as a source of reviews to your Buzztrack account.

      Note: Before you link any sources, make sure you've created at least one location in Buzztrack. Each location represents a physical branch or store of your business.

      • Log in to Buzztrack
      • Add Facebook as a source
        • In your Buzztrack dashboard, navigate to the “Sources” page.
        • In the "Actions" column, click the link icon next to the Facebook source.
      • Log in to Facebook
        • A Facebook login page will appear. Enter the credentials for the personal Facebook account associated with the Facebook Business Page you want to connect.
        • Once you log in successfully, you'll see a message: "You have successfully authenticated."
      • Link your Facebook Business Page
        • Now, click on the map pin icon next to the Facebook source.
        • Select the desired Facebook Business Page and complete the linking process.
