How to Update Your Payout Frequency
Diner deposits paid through Dineplan are settled to the restaurant on the first business day following the diner's reservation date. You now have more control over how often you receive these deposits, including the option to set a threshold payout amount.
The frequency options are:
- Daily (default)
- On a specific day of the week
- On a specific day of the month
By default, all accounts are set to the daily payout frequency. To update your payout settings complete our payout frequency form found in the link below. Please note, the form will not instantly update your settings. Allow up to 24 hours for the change to take effect once you complete the below form.
How to View and Download Your Payout Settlement Report
There is a new payout panel within your Dineplan account.
To view the payout panel, log into your Dineplan account and navigate to the Settings tab on the left-hand side. At the bottom-right Payment Settings submenu, you will see a new button, Payout Panel.
To view and download a payout settlement report, simply adjust the date range at the top of the page to view the dates of the settlement reports you are looking for. You will see a list of the payouts which were settled to you over the date range that you have selected. Each line includes details of the amount paid to you, payout fee and the date for easy reconciliation.
Payouts will continue to be released on business days only, regardless of the frequency or threshold settings. If the new frequency date or threshold falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payout will be made on the next business day.
Payout Fee
For each payout, a fee of R5.00 is charged. The payout fee is not included in the settlement export Excel sheet, but you can view the fee in the settlement report email sent to you at the time of the payout, or in the new Payout Panel in your Dineplan account.
