Filter your guest database to allow only certain data to be displayed
You can easily filter your database by column depending on the information you are looking to see on your guest database export by following the below steps:

Open the exported database in Excel that you want to filter (please read the article here should you not know how to export the database).

Highlight all the columns

Click the “Data” tab at the top

Select the “Filter” option

You can now click on any of the dropdown arrows that appear in row 1 by the headings of each column and filter your database

Click on the dropdown arrow of the column that you want to filter by to display the data in that column and then select/deselect the data that you want/don’t want to display and click “Ok”

This will now only display the data that you have selected
