Clear your browsing data to help troubleshoot recurring issues on your account.

The following article will assume that you are using Google Chrome - the recommended browser for using Dineplan.

Note that this step may already resolve any issues you are having.

Why do I need to clear my browser cache?

It is always a good idea to clear your browser cache because it prevents you from using old forms, protects your information, increase loading time of web pages, increases the performance of your computer and it helps our application run better on your system.

When you visit a website, your browser stores:

  • Information (such as the location of the site you visited)

  • Files used to run an online application

  • Downloads (such as old versions of forms)

When we update our application, your browser may still use old files. If you don’t clear your cache, you may see old forms/files. Old files can cause display or access problems when you login online.

Clear your browser cache by following the below steps:

  • Open Chrome Browser

  • Click on the three dots in the top right of the browser under the close button and to the right of the bookmark star.

  • Click on "Settings" from the drop down

  • Click on "Show advanced settings..." at the bottom

  • Click on "Clear browsing data..." button under the "Privacy" heading

  • Make sure "the beginning of time" option is selected from the drop down box

  • Make sure that the following options are ticked: Browsing history, Cookies and other site plugin data, Cached images and files, Hosted app data

  • Click "Clear browsing data"

  • Once this has finished clearing the browsing data. Close your Chrome Browser and open it again and try to log in to Dineplan.

Should this not fix the problem please complete the DNS Test and so that we can pin point the error and send all screenshots to support@dineplan.com.
