I have forgotten my password.

Resetting a forgotten password or changing a current password for your user account.

Dineplan does not store any copies of user passwords, so make sure to store all passwords in a safe place in case you need urgent access to log in and have forgotten your password.


Reset Forgotten Password


If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in to your account, you can reset this by following the below 3 steps:

1. Go to the login page and click the Forgot Password link (see below).

 


2. Enter the email of the user account that you want to reset the password for and click Get a New Password.

3. A reset password email will be sent to this email address and you can simply follow the steps in the email to quickly reset your password and then log in.

Change Current Password


To change a password that you know, simply follow the below 3 steps:

1. Log in to Dineplan with the user account that you want to change the password for.

2. Click on the Settings tab on the left and then click on the Change Password button on the right.

3. Simply enter the old password and then the new password twice to confirm it and click the Change Password button.
