Get notified by Email and SMS when new online orders are made
Its vital to keep an eye on your ordering notifications so that you're sure not to miss any orders. Perhaps you have a change in staff, or perhaps someone is on leave. In case you need to change email addresses and SMS's, read on to find out how.
For email notifications
Select Settings in the left menu tab and Notification Settings on the right hand sub menu. The notifications you should ensure addresses are valid for are:
Online Booking Notifications (notifies you of new orders)
Review Complete Notifications (notifies you of reviews)
SMS Response Notifications (notifies you of any guest response to an SMS)
Since the Ordering platform is built upon our Reservations platform, the other notifications aren't relevant here and can be left out.
For SMS notifications
Select Settings in the left menu tab and Ordering on the right hand sub menu. Update the Order Confirmation Mobile to the correct number.
