This article will guide you on how to locate and view your refund policy, which your guests see when making a payment for their reservation.
If you need to view your refund policy, simply access the email template that is sent to guests requesting payment for their reservation. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings Tab on the left side of your Dineplan account.
- Click on 'Email Templates' on the right-hand side.
- Look for the 'Payment Request' template and review it to see your current refund policy. (You will find the refund policy at the end of the email).

Please note that you cannot make any changes to your refund policy on your side.
If you need to update it, kindly send the updated refund policy to our Support team at Support@dineplan.com, and they will be more than happy to assist you with the necessary changes.
