Dineplan automatically sends notifications to guests when certain actions take place. These are sent as emails and SMS.
SMS notifications are sent automatically through Dineplan to guests where cellphone contact numbers have been entered. For the SMS to be sent, the restaurant's Dineplan account needs to have SMS credits loaded to their account and each SMS costs 1 SMS credit. For the cost to purchase SMS credits, click HERE. SMS credits are not included in the Dineplan monthly fee and restaurants load credits as and when they need them.
To see how many SMS credits are currently on your account, simply log into your Dineplan account and look at the top right of your screen. You will see the number of SMS credits here. This is in real time and will change every time you refresh your page depending if any SMS credits have been used.

Make sure to never run out of SMS credits and miss sending SMS notifications to your guests by setting up a recurring SMS bundle on debit order. SMS credits are then automatically loaded to your account on the 1st of each month. Contact support@dineplan.com to set this up now!

Not on debit order? Don't worry, we send a reminder email to each account when they reach 200 SMS credits or less. Make sure that the correct person is receiving this on your side and then simply reply to this email when you get it to order more.
