Vouchers from Voucherplan

Allow your clients and guests to support you or simply purchase gift vouchers to be used at a later date.

During the Covid lockdown we developed a voucher platform for any business that would like to sell vouchers to guests. This was a great way for loyal clients to show their support of their favourite restaurants and businesses, and for businesses to generate some much needed cash flow to support staff and survive through shut down periods. This system is still available - please see www.voucherplan.co.za.

 

The system is flexible, and it's up to each business how they would like to structure their vouchers, or whether they would like to throw in a discount or something extra to help incentivise people to buy their vouchers.

 

We will provide you with a URL to easily add to your website, or include in emails, SMS's or WhatsApp to allow you to easily let your database know that they have the option to purchase a voucher.

This will take 24-48 hours to setup and is not restricted to only restaurants.

 

The basic steps of how Voucher Plan will work is as follows.

  • Add a "Buy a Voucher" button to your website (and hyperlink with your unique Voucherplan URL).

  • When guests click on the URL they will be presented with your list of payment items to select from.

  • Guest will be redirected to a payment portal where they can make payment.

  • The restaurant will then be notified once payment for the voucher has been received.

It's vital to redeem vouchers by scanning the QR code on the voucher when the guest uses it at your venue. This is a security measure to ensure that vouchers can only be used once.
