Would you like to see the payments from Dineplan being settled into your bank account over a certain period? Here's how!
A payment report email is sent to each restaurant every business day. This details any payments paid to the restaurant that day to help restaurants manage and recon their guest deposits. If you would like to generate these same reports at any time and date range, you can do so from within your Dineplan account by following the below:

Log in to your Dineplan account with a user account that has the “Payment Report Generation” permission.

Click on the "Settings" tab on the left

Click on the "Payment Reports Generation" tab on the right or follow this link: Payment Reports Generation.

If your restaurant is part of a group, you can now select either your restaurant only or for all stores. (This is only applicable should you have access to more than one restaurant within a group).

Select either "Credit Card" or "EFT" payment types, or "both".

You can also include the fees and Vat per row or at the bottom of all the payments.

Select the start and end date of that report that you would like.

Click Generate.
This will export the Payment Report in an Excel spreadsheet.
The reports show the payments on the dates that they are paid to the restaurant, NOT the date that the guest paid or the date of their reservation. Payments are released on the first business day after the guest's reservation, so to see all payments paid to the restaurant for bookings on a specific date, select the first business day after this date when generating the report
